Harmony Day celebrates Australia’s cultural diversity. It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.
At Stanmore Public School we celebrate Harmony Day by coming to school wearing our cultural dress or the colour orange to show our support for cultural diversity and an inclusive Australia.
This is not a gold coin donation occasion.
On Harmony Day all students from K-6 will join together to sing and celebrate the diversity in our community and also commemorate Greek Independence Day in our celebrations.
Parents of Greek Independence Day performers and Harmony Day ambassadors are welcome to attend this special assembly after recess. If you plan to attend, please ensure you check in using the QR code and sign in as a visitor at the office.
