Make Online Payments

It is now possible for parents to make online payments to the school for amounts owing for students, via a secure payment page hosted by Westpac.

Payments can be made using either a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card, and can be made via computer, tablet or mobile phone.

Items that can be paid include:

  • voluntary school contributions
  • subject contributions
  • excursions
  • sport
  • sales to students
  • Creative & Practical arts activities

This is a secure payment system hosted by Westpac to ensure that your credit/debit card details are captured in a secure manner, these details are not passed back to the school.


1. Open the Payment Link

Select the “Pay Online” button at the bottom of this page to open the Westpac payment page.

2. Student Details

When you access the Westpac payment page you must enter:

  • Student’s name
  • Student’s class or year
  • Student’s date of birth

These details are entered each time you make a payment as student information is not held within the payment system.

IMPORTANT: Please do not fill in the following fields:

  • Student Registration Number
  • Ref Number

Then select “Next Section”

3. Contact Details

Complete your contact details:

  • Contact Full Name
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Contact Email Address

Then select “Next Section”

4. Payment Items

Select the payment type for this transaction from the drop-down list.

Add a description and the amount of the invoice for that payment type.

If you wish to add another payment for a separate item select “Add Another Payment” and complete the additional fields.

IMPORTANT: There is a payment type called “Other”. Please use this if you wish to pay a complete invoice in full.

Then select “Next Section”

5. Card Details

Enter your credit/debit card details.

Then select “Proceed to Confirmation”

You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed.

Receipts can be emailed and/or printed.

Details of the payments are passed daily to the school where they will be receipted against your child’s account. As a receipt has been issued from the payment page a further receipt will not be issued by the school.

IMPORTANT: The payment page, provided by Westpac, requires Javascript to be enabled in your browser to function properly. When you select “Pay Online” below the payment page will open in a new page/tab. If Javascript is disabled you will instead be taken to a “Page not found (404)” page on our site.

If you experience this issue either use a different browser with Javascript enabled or search Google with “Enable Javascript in [the name of the browser you’re using]” and follow the instructions.
