Premier’s Reading Challenge 2021

stanmore public school premier's reading challenge 2021

Congratulations to the 434 students at Stanmore Public School who have completed the Premier’s Reading Challenge for 2021. You will receive your certificate late in term 4. All students in kindergarten to year 2 have completed the PRC through the library and classroom programs and students in years 3 to 6 completed the PRC by creating an online reading log. It’s so exciting that reading has been such a focus during this year.

The Premier’s Reading Challenge for 2021 has now closed but students who will be in years 3 to 6 next year can keep a record from now on for next year’s Premier’s Reading Challenge.

The challenge aims to encourage a love of reading for leisure and pleasure in students and to enable them to experience quality literature. It is not a competition but a challenge to each student to read, to read more and to read more widely.

This site has excellent booklists for students looking for the next book to read.
