Stanmore is very proud of its Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden program. Students love kitchen and garden classes because they’re fun.
Pleasurable food education is about children experiencing the joy of digging in the garden, picking fresh veggies, smelling and tasting the food they prepare and sharing the experience with their classmates and helpers.
As always, we need parent/carer volunteers to help ensure these classes are able to take place. If there are insufficient volunteers for any class, the class may need to be cancelled for safety reasons.
If your child is in years 3, 4 or 5 and you’re able to spare the time on the day of your child’s class please sign up below.
